- Sales & Date of Trip: The promotion is valid for one-way or round-trip ticket purchases between December 31st, 2020 and December 31st, 2022 for IDO Fast Ferry and Inter-city Sea Bus trips.
- As part of the promotion, 30% discount applies to all ticket prices including VAT, but excluding the service fee.
- The promotion is only valid for TAV Passport Card holders for their ticket purchases booked via the Call Center on 0850 222 25 75 .
- In the event of cancellation, return and change of purchased tickets subject to promotion, the terms for the related ticket class apply. Terms of ticket cancellation, return and change according to IDO sales channels can be accessed on https://www.ido.com.tr/importantinfo-new#iptal-iade-kurallari.
- In the event of return and change, process is carried out on the initial price including VAT excluding the service fee without considering the discount.
- In the event of proportional discount promotions; if the decimal part of the paid amount for the tickets is equal to or higher than 0.5, the figure is rounded up to the nearest higher whole number; if the decimal part of the paid amount for the tickets is lower than 0.5, the figure is rounded down to the nearest smaller whole number. The payment is collected from the acquired whole number. Any refund requests from the aforementioned rounding up/down process will not be taken into account by IDO.
- The promotion offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, special price offers, promotions and online tickets and no refund can be requested in return.
- The promotion can be benefitted more than once per person.
- The promotion has limited number of tickets.
- The promotion is not valid for IDO Sea Bus (within city) and car ferry tickets.
- Benefitting from the promotion means accepting the terms of promotion.
- Terms and conditions of the promotion are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic.
