• Free car park service credit for 30 days can be used solely by the card holder during the term of the contract.

• Credit consumption is based on 24 hour daily periods and days will be calculated by rounding up to 24 hours.

• For discounted airport transfer services, the TAV Passport Member may benefit from the service provided that he/she books through the Call Center at 444 25 75 and/or sends an email to reservation@tavpassport.com 24 hours before the time of transfer at the latest (For reservations made within 24 hours, the service may be rendered upon the availability of our vehicles).
• Transfer Service is given within the limits of ISTANBUL, ANKARA, İZMİR, ÇEŞME and BODRUM.
• The service fee is charge during the transfer by TAV Passport Member. Credit card is accepted for the payment.
• Transfer fee is valid for the service rendered within the city limitations and VAT is included.
• Service fee is 35TL for İstanbul Atatürk Airport European side, 50 TL for Atatürk Airport Asian side, 50 TL İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport for European and Asian Side,60TL for İzmir, 95TL for Çeşme and 60 TL for Bodrum. Fee is VAT included
• Transfers are facilitated by upper segment, new cars; Mercedes C Class and BMW 3 Series (Mercedes Van, when required).
• The highway and bridge tolls are not charged from TAV Passport Members.
• Transfer vehicle capacity is 3 people excluding the driver.
• Transfers are arranged from pick-up point to the airport or from airport to the drop off point.
  For Istanbul, transfers are made from or to the Atatürk Airport.
• TAV Passport Members are not responsible for freeway and bridge toll fees

• MEETING POINTS:

  When the member is to be picked up from her/his address, the private chauffeur arrives at the specified address/point 15 minutes prior to the meeting time.

  Istanbul Transfer Meeting Points :From now on our members are met by the transfer vehicles waiting for them at TAV Passport Transfer Meeting Points are located at the Istanbul Atatürk Airport; Domestic Terminal Arrivals Floor exit (on the right) and International Terminal after exit (on the right).

  Ankara Transfer Meeting Point :After Istanbul Atatürk Airport, transfer meeting point are also available at Ankara Esenboğa Airport. Transfer Stop is located at the exit of Domestic Terminal Arrivals Floor (on the left) and at the exit of International Terminal Arrivals Floor (on the right).

• WAITING FEES

  DELAYS CAUSED BY THE MEMBER

  When the member is to be picked up from her/his address, the vehicle waits for the member for 15 minutes free of charge and on the 15th minute the member is informed that the vehicle has come.

  If the member cannot be reached, then the vehicle goes back and the member is charged for the fee of the concerned transfer route.

  If the member leaves without informing the TAV Passport Call Center, then he/she will be charged 40 TL (VAT included) for the unaccomplished transfer.

  In the event that the member is not able to find the concerned staff member at the airport greeting;

  For in-flight delays members are not charged a waiting fee.

  VEHICLE DELAYS:

  If the vehicle is late by 15 minutes while informing the member, then the member shall not be awarded any compensation. However, if the vehicle is more than 15 minutes late the member is informed and if he/she does not prefer to wait, then he/she will be compensated with an equivalent transfer service.

  
  

• CHANGES AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  Please kindly notify our Call Center about changes in transfer requests 12 hours prior to the transfer time at the latest.

  For cancellations made within 12 hours the TAV Passport Member will be charged 40 TL (VAT included) for the unaccomplished transfer.

  If the member leaves without informing the Call Center, then the member is charged for the fee of the concerned transfer route.

  Please kindly notify our Call Center about transfer cancellations 12 hours prior to the transfer time at the latest. For cancellations made within 12 hours the TAV Passport Member will be charged 40 TL + highway and bridge crossing tolls (VAT included).
