You and your guests can benefit from the personal assisted departure and arrival service at the airport offered by “primeclass” CIP Service and enjoy the comfort of this privilege free of charge.

Use of “primeclass” CIP Service

  • Maximum number accepted for each “primeclass” CIP service booking is 5 people. Children up to 6 years of age are excluded from the quota of 12 people. The service will be provided by TAV against payment once the quota is full for 12 people for each booking.
  • TAV Passport Plus members can benefit from this service with a company of a CIP hostess and porter at Ankara Esenboga, Bodrum Milas and Izmir Adnan Menderes airports.
  • For arrivals bookings at Ankara Esenboga and Izmir Adnan Menderes airports, the passenger is met at the "meeting point" outside the boarding bridge and by the bus gate in Ankara and Izmir if the aircraft parks at the apron.
  • For international departures bookings from Ankara Esenboga Airport, the passenger is met at the Departures Floor Entrance A at least 2 hours prior to the flight and for domestic departures bookings, at the Departures Floor Entrance D at least 1.5 hours prior to the flight.
  • For international departures bookings from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, the passenger is met at the Departures Floor Entrance A at least 2 hours prior to the flight and for domestic departures bookings, at the Departures Floor Entrance A at least 1.5 hours prior to the flight.
