The TAV Passport Family prioritizes your health and the health of your loved ones above anything else. We know that you have had to take a break from your travels as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, we have decided to extend your current membership by 2 months. We are looking forward to meeting you again in happier and healthier days.
- New cards will not be delivered. You will be able to continue using your current cards for all entries.
- If you would like to use our lounges abroad during the 2 month membership extension period, please contact us at email@example.com at least 48 hours prior to your lounge entry. You will be able to access the lounges with the lounge vouchers that will be sent to you.
- Our 2 month extension campaign will be valid for members whose memberships are active on March 24th 2020.
- Members whose membership expires in March will have a 14-month membership if they renew their memberships within one month.
- Technical work has been initiated to be able to extend memberships, your extended membership period will be activated in the next few days.
