TAV Operation Services Co., a TAV Airports subsidiary, has been rendering consultancy and services, operating with a "customer oriented approach," since its inception in 2004. TAV Operation Services Co. offers a wide range of services, including consultancy services for commercial activities at the airports, Havaş Tourism & Travel Agency, "primeclass" CIP Service, CIP Lounge Operation, and publishing the Gate Airport Magazine at the airports operated by TAV Holding.

TAV Operation Services Co.'s professional staff operates on a 24/7 basis at the Istanbul Atatürk Airport International and Domestic Terminals, Ankara Esenboğa Airport Domestic Terminal and Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal; as well as at the Tbilisi, Batumi and Tunisia Enfidha Hammamet Airports. The Company's plans for the near future include expanding its superior quality services into Macedonia's Skopje and Ohrid airports. TAV Operation Services also enters into partnerships with many airports and provides its services at these airports. The airports that the Company cooperated with during the 2009-2010 period include the Vienna, Paris, Prague, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Munich, Malta, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Riga, Dubai and Bahrain airports.
